OUR PROJECTS

Mission: Open Science Europe's mission is to support and assist foreign scientists and engineers who wish to emigrate or need assistance in their endeavors abroad, by providing services and resources that promote their integration and success in their new life and career.

 

Objectives:

• Provide information and guidance on immigration procedures, visas, work permits, and other issues related to emigration and resettlement.

• Offer practical and financial support for travel expenses, accommodation, health insurance, and other expenses related to emigration and resettlement.

• Facilitate the integration of foreign scientists and engineers into their new academic and professional community by establishing links with relevant institutions, organizations, and networks.

• Promote diversity and inclusion in science and engineering by supporting foreign scientists and engineers who bring unique perspectives and skills to their field.

• Advance open science and international collaboration by facilitating exchanges and partnerships between scientists and engineers from different countries and cultures.

• Contribute to building a more equitable and inclusive world by supporting foreign scientists and engineers fleeing conflicts, persecutions, or threats to their security.
